Pre-sales Service Process:

Customer inquiry
Customers inquire about specification and customization requirements by phone, email, etc.
Requirement Confirmation
Sales personnel will communicate to confirm their specific needs and requirements.
Quotation
Provide corresponding product solutions and quotations based on 
customer needs.
Business Negotiation
Negotiate on price, delivery time, after-sales service, etc.
 
Contract Signing
Sign a contract after all confirmed.
 
 

Mid-Sales Service Process:

  • Mid-sales service process:

    PMC department will take a meeting for preparing a material purchase plan and production plan according to the confirmed order.
  • Material procurement:

    The purchasing department is responsible for procuring the required raw materials.
  • Processing and production:
    More+
    The production department carries out processing and production according to the plan.
  • Quality inspection:

    The QA department start the inspection from raw material, and check all process in assembly line to ensure that they meet the requirements.
  • Packaging and delivery:
    More+
    After 100% lighten and age test, packaging department is responsible for packaging the products for avoid damage in transportation, when everything is ready, the delivery will be done according customer’s instruction.

After-sales service process:

Use Instruction
There is a user manual in each box when products packed, listed all cautions and install method. Also sales personnel provide 7*24 hours respond for all questions by phone, email, etc.
Warranty
we have 1year /3years / 5years warranty to choice depends on customer need, If problems during the ordered lifetime under correctly in use /storage, we will take the responsibility to repair / maintenance or renew.
Periodic follow-up:
The after-sales service department regularly follows up with customers to understand product usage and feedback.
Technical support
The after-sales service department provides technical support, answers customer questions, and provides corresponding solutions.
